La Casa was the last Executive Condominium (EC) that was brought into the market (By Far East Organization) and has been around for Close to 5-Years now. La Casa is completing its expected Minimum Occupation Period (MOP) in the 1st Quarter of 2013. It is located in Woodlands (District 25) and is Close to Johor.

When the Woodlands station is completed, Singaporeans will definitely look at this HDB estate very differently. Woodlands is Full of potential for Investment and this town will be the next Tampines I reckon. The new rail line could also hasten the development of Woodlands as Regional Centre with more retail outlets & offices – changing the face of this typical HDB estate. In additionally, it is adjacent to the existing station on North South line, both stations will eventually linked to become an interchange.
 
Woodlands South Station
Why this station? There’s so much empty land all around! Basically, the empty land is slated for Residential use under the URA MasterPlan – meaning more HDB Flats (BTOs) and Condos! Lots of room to house the future generation of Singaporeans here.
